Is the package refundable? The package is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to the day of departure. The package is 50% refundable up to 30 days prior to day of departure. Once within 30 days, the package is no longer refundable.
How many people go on an adventure? Normally, a group is between 10-15 passengers. We allow no more than 20 travelers on any single adventure unless it is a customized and private group. If a scheduled adventure has less than eight participants registered thirty days prior to the departure date, the trip will be cancelled and full refunds provided to those signed up
What happens if a trip gets cancelled? You can either reschedule for a later departure date or elect for a full refund.
What are the age requirements for going on an adventure? All our travelers must be at least 18 years of age by the day of departure. We have no cut off age for our travelers, but most participants are 18-39. Travlers must be in good physical condition as our adventures require intense physical exertion.
